What technology is used?

At Santé, we use Ballancer® Platinum technology for this treatment, which is the most advanced on the market.

No. It feels like progressive compression. We adjust the pressure to ensure it's comfortable for you.

How many sessions do I need to notice results?

It depends on your goals. Many people notice lightness from the first session, but for more consistent changes, a pack of 10 sessions is usually recommended.

How often is it recommended?

Common frequencies: 1-2 times per week at the start. Then, maintenance according to sensation and goals.

Can it be combined with other treatments?

Yes, it's often combined with body plans (for example, draining massage or body equipment treatments), depending on your case.

Are there contraindications?

Yes. It's not recommended (or requires prior evaluation) in cases such as thrombosis/recent history, acute infections, decompensated heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, pregnancy (according to protocol), among others. If you have a medical condition, we'll review it before starting.

Pressotherapy with Ballancer® Platinum at Santé Aesthetic

About the Treatment

What is it?

Pressotherapy is a non-invasive body treatment that uses a pneumatic compression system with compression boots to apply sequential pressure to the legs and buttocks. This pressure promotes lymphatic drainage and venous circulation, helping to reduce the sensation of tired legs, fluid retention, and swelling. At Santé, we use Ballancer® Platinum technology for this treatment. It's ideal as a complement to body reshaping plans, post-operative recovery, or to enhance results from other treatments.

How does it work?

During the session, Ballancer® Platinum compression boots are placed on your legs. The equipment applies pressure cycles that move from distal to proximal (from ankles upward). We adjust the intensity and program according to your comfort and goals.
