Is the treatment painful?
Well tolerated. Superficial micro-injections; numbing cream can be applied if the patient wishes.
How long do the results last?
Progressive, 4–6 months. With maintenance they last longer.
How many sessions do I need?
2–3 initial sessions 2–4 weeks apart. Then, maintenance every 4–6 months.
When will I see results?
Hydration and luminosity: a few days. Regeneration and firmness: from 3–4 weeks.
Does it have side effects?
Mild redness, inflammation, or small marks in the area — they disappear within hours/days. Very safe treatment.
Can I resume normal activities after?
Yes. Practically zero downtime. Avoid intense exercise and sun exposure the same day.
Does it add volume to the neck?
No — it improves skin quality from within, it does not add volume or change shape.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes — neuromodulators, radiofrequency, laser.
From what age is it recommended?
Preventively from 25–30 years old; correctively on mature skin.
Is it better than hyaluronic acid?
They are not equivalent. Polynucleotides regenerate and improve skin quality; hyaluronic acid hydrates or adds volume. They often complement each other.
