A facial medical consultation is conducted by a doctor and includes a clinical history, diagnosis, informed consent, and, when appropriate, the prescription of treatments or medication. An aesthetic consultation is free and is led by a Beauty Coach: it focuses on cosmetic assessment, skincare routines, and non-medical guidance. If your case requires a medical opinion, we will refer you to a facial medical consultation.

Depending on your case, the doctor can recommend everything from facial treatments (botulinum toxin for dynamic wrinkles, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators, skin boosters, medical peels, mesotherapy) to hair treatments (PRP, mesotherapy, exosomes) or body treatments (protocols for localized fat, cellulite, and firmness). The approach is always personalized and safe.

Yes, if the doctor considers it appropriate and you don't need additional tests. It's common to have immediate-application treatments like botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, mesotherapy, PRP, or certain peels on the same visit. In that case, we discount the cost of the consultation.

Yes. We often achieve more comprehensive results by combining, for example, botulinum toxin for dynamic wrinkles with fillers to restore volume, or exosomes with mesotherapy in hair plans. The doctor will define the sequence and timing between sessions.

It depends on the procedure. Botulinum toxin starts to be noticeable from 48–72 hours (with maximum effect at 10–14 days). Hyaluronic acid fillers are immediate. PRP, mesotherapy, or exosomes require several weeks and are usually scheduled as a series of sessions.
