What does it consist of?

The Nutrition Consultation is designed to analyze your habits, body composition, and health context to create a realistic and sustainable plan. During the initial visit, our nutritionist gathers your medical history, preferences, schedule, and goals. Based on this information, a personalized nutritional strategy is defined that you can apply in your daily life. Goals can be diverse: fat loss, improved skin quality, muscle gain, hair quality improvement, digestive health, energy, better blood work results, athletic performance, or overall wellness. During the consultation, we assess whether your case is suitable for combining with treatments that accelerate achieving your goals. Monthly follow-ups are conducted to evaluate progress and modify your plan according to your objectives.

How does it work?

During the appointment, a detailed interview is conducted and, if applicable, an anthropometric assessment (weight, measurements, and body composition). With the nutritional diagnosis, the nutritionist proposes an action plan that may include: personalized eating guide, recommendations on hydration, supplementation, and meal timing, phased goals and follow-up to adjust the plan as you progress, and treatment recommendations.

Every month. During follow-ups, we review results, challenges, adherence, and adjust the plan accordingly.

Can it be adapted to intolerances, vegetarianism, or allergies?

Yes. The plan is adjusted for allergies and intolerances, as well as dietary styles like vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free, prioritizing complete and sustainable options.

Do I need blood tests?

It's not essential, but they help a lot if you have them. If we detect warning signs, we may recommend consulting with our doctor or running tests to refine the approach.
