Two years, and this is only the beginning
Two years ago we founded Santé with a great deal of passion and no experience in the sector. But we were clear about one thing: we love health and aesthetics, and we wanted to be part of the industry.
We came from technology, having founded Didit, a reference startup in Silicon Valley, San Francisco. We were convinced that almost everything taken for granted about how a clinic is run could be done better, faster and at greater scale.
Two years later, we have validated our model and we are preparing to expand.
What we have built
More than 12,000 unique patients. More than 2,000 a month. More than 120 a day. An average recurrence of 2.1 visits per year. A 4.9 out of 5 across more than 700 reviews. We will close 2026 with €4 million in revenue, after growing more than 200% in two years.
This is what happens when you change the way you think and stop running a clinic the way it has always been run. Just because something has been done a certain way until now does not mean it is the best way.
That said, none of this goes against medical judgement — it is exactly the opposite. Everything we do is under the direction of Dra. Sol Monsalve, our medical director & partner. That capacity to move fast with clinical rigour is precisely our greatest advantage.
The difference is in how we operate. We develop our own AI tools internally, which make us faster, more precise in decision-making and able to scale. And behind all of it there is a team of professionals who give everything, every single day.
Where we are going
Barcelona has been the proof that the model works: there is demand and there is recurrence. But it is only the beginning.
In the second half of 2026 we are opening new centres in other cities across Spain and launching new business lines. And we are not going to stop at aesthetic medicine: we want to integrate aesthetic care with wellbeing, performance, prevention and longevity. The medical company the sector has not dared to build, we are going to build ourselves.
The real goal is to be the new generation of medical company in Spain and, afterwards, internationally. We want to be the company that drives the evolution of the health sector.
