What Does the Treatment Consist Of?
Our bruxism treatment involves the injection of small doses of botulinum toxin (Azzalure® or Relfydess®, according to medical assessment) into the masseter muscles, which are responsible for jaw movement and clenching. This relaxes the muscles, reduces excessive activity, and alleviates the symptoms of bruxism such as jaw tension, teeth grinding, and associated discomfort. The treatment is carried out exclusively by specialist doctors to ensure safety and effectiveness.
What Is the Treatment Like?
The session is quick and minimally invasive, lasting between 15 and 30 minutes. During the procedure, our specialist will precisely administer botulinum toxin (Azzalure® or Relfydess®, according to medical assessment) to the masseter muscles. This targeted approach reduces muscle activity while maintaining natural jaw function. A follow-up appointment is typically scheduled two weeks after the initial session to ensure optimal results and make any necessary adjustments at no additional cost.

Essential Guidelines
- Avoid massaging or pressing on the treated area for 24 hours
- Refrain from intense physical exercise during the first 24 hours
- Avoid direct sun exposure and heat for 24-48 hours, since this can cause the treatment to be less effective
