Under-eye bags

Under-eye bags result from fluid and fat accumulation in the periocular area, worsened by factors such as sleep deprivation, fluid retention, aging (loss of elasticity), seasonal allergies, and genetic predisposition. Poor lymphatic drainage and weakness of the lower orbital septum promote their prominence, especially upon waking.

At Santé, we combine neuromodulators (botulinum toxin) to relax periocular muscles and improve microcirculation, HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) to firm skin and stimulate collagen, and specialized facial lymphatic drainage to reduce fluid retention. The protocol is personalized based on the predominant cause.

With neuromodulators, results begin at 3–5 days and optimize by day 14. HIFU requires 1–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart; improvement is progressive over 3 months. Lymphatic drainage is recommended in series of 6–8 weekly sessions for maximum benefit.

Neuromodulators cause minimal discomfort (brief pinch). HIFU generates controlled warmth without significant pain. Lymphatic drainage is painless. There is no downtime—you can resume activities immediately. Avoid aggressive facial massage for 24 hours after injections. No age restrictions if medical evaluation approves.
