Why the first visit decides almost everything
In aesthetic medicine, the first visit is the most important treatment of all. It has no needle or laser, but it defines the rest of the journey: whether you will be understood, listened to, and offered what you need or what they want to sell. That's why, when we designed the Santé Clinics experience, we decided that our first consultation would be free and conducted by a beauty coach.
It's not marketing. It's a statement of intent: we want you to arrive without pressure, take the time you need, and leave with a personalized, clear, and honest plan, regardless of whether you decide to have treatment with us or not.
What is a beauty coach
A beauty coach is the person who accompanies you before, during, and after treatment. They do not replace the doctor — in fact, they work hand-in-hand with them — but they do fulfill functions that the doctor, due to time and focus, does not always cover:
- Listening to your real motivation. Why you want treatment, what you expect, what worries you, what references you have.
- Translating medical language. Explaining in clear language what can be done, what cannot be done, and why.
- Honestly showing you the clinic's offerings. Treatments, alternatives, combinations, budgets.
- Designing a plan tailored to your life and budget, not just your face.
- Accompanying you in the follow-up. Before, during, and after treatment.
They are, literally, the person who takes your hand inside the clinic.
How the first consultation works, step by step
1. Unhurried welcome
We welcome you at Avenida Diagonal 384, Barcelona, without a tight waiting list. The consultation lasts as long as you need: typically between 30 and 60 minutes.
2. Your story
We talk about you first, not treatments. What brings you here, what bothers you in the mirror, what aesthetic references you like, what previous experiences (positive or negative) you have, what you want to preserve. This conversation sets the tone for everything that follows.
3. Skin analysis and assessment
If it aligns with your reason for consultation, we perform an objective skin analysis and assess skin quality, facial pattern, hydration, spots, vessels, and habits. If your reason is body or hair-related, we perform the corresponding assessment.
4. Personalized plan
From there, the beauty coach proposes a plan that combines:
- What we recommend doing in the clinic (treatments, frequency, order).
- What we recommend doing at home (dermocosmetic routine, habits, photoprotection).
- What we recommend not doing (sometimes this is the most valuable).
- When to review (follow-up schedule).
If the plan includes decisions that require direct medical validation, we refer you to the most suitable doctor on the team for your case.
5. Clear budget
You always leave with a detailed budget, with no small print. You know exactly what will be done, when, with what product, and at what cost.
6. Space to think
We do not sell at the end of the consultation. There is no pressure to book treatment that day. You take your plan, think about it, consult with whomever you wish, and if you decide to proceed with us, you schedule. If not, that's fine too.
Why the consultation is free
Because we want it to serve the patient, not to close a sale. A paid consultation tends to create the feeling that “since I'm paying, I have to get something.” A free consultation places the burden on us: we have to be so clear, so helpful, and so honest that it's worth coming back.
It is a public commitment to diagnosis before technique.
For which patients is the free consultation suitable
For everyone. But there are profiles for whom it is especially useful:
- Those new to aesthetic medicine who don't know where to start. We organize the map for them.
- Those with previous treatments from other clinics who want a second opinion on how to proceed or how to correct.
- Those visiting Barcelona temporarily and wanting to plan several treatments in a few days.
- Those undecided between options: Botox or HIFU, hyaluronic acid or biostimulator, laser or mesotherapy. The consultation resolves the 'what'.
- Those who want to prevent and not yet treat. Preventive aesthetic medicine begins long before the first wrinkle.
What supports the consultation
- More than 7 doctors with complementary specialties to build any plan the diagnosis requires.
- Catalog of 68+ treatments available under the same roof.
- 10,000+ patients attended.
- 4.9 out of 5 on Google.
- Service in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Russian.
- Extended hours: Monday to Friday 9:00–21:00, Saturdays and Sundays 10:00–20:00.
FAQ
Is the first consultation really free and without obligation?
Yes. You come, have it, and decide afterward. We do not book treatment without your express confirmation.
What happens if I need a more specific medical assessment?
If, after the beauty coach consultation, an assessment with a team specialist is needed (for example, a trichologist for alopecia or an aesthetic dermatologist for a specific spot), we will inform you. That specific assessment may have a cost, but we will tell you in advance.
Can I just come for information, without having treatment?
Of course. In fact, a good portion of those who visit us come to understand options, compare, and decide calmly.
Do you attend international patients on weekends?
Yes. Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 20:00, in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Russian.
How long does the consultation last?
Between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the case. We are not in a hurry.
